Delete your AutoCart account
You can delete your account directly in the AutoCart app, or submit a request here if you no longer have access to the app. We verify your identity before deleting any account.
Delete in the app
Open AutoCart on your phone.
Open the side menu.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and your personal information is anonymised.
What gets deleted
Your active and expired ads
Your liked ads and saved searches
Your profile and personal information
Your personalised feeds and alerts
All messages and enquiries
What may be retained
Billing and subscription records required for accounting, tax, or fraud prevention may be kept for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, submit the form below using the email address linked to your AutoCart account. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
